Dan is het zij-instroomtraject mogelijk iets voor jou waarbij je vanaf de eerste dag van je traject al voor de klas staat en je tegelijkertijd werkt en leert. AE86 Phoenix € 3.665 - € 5.586 32 uur 2027-08-01T00:00:00Z Jouw Functie Na een intensieve oriëntatiefase - waarin wij samen (jij, INOS en Avans) onderzoeken of het zij-instroomtraject iets voor jou is - ga je per 1 augustus 2027 als zij-instromer aan de slag en haal je in een periode van maximaal 2 jaar het certificaat van bekwaamheid voor het onderwijs. Deze oriëntatiefase is voorafgaand aan de start van het zij-instroomtraject en vindt plaats na de selectie. De periode start met een startbijeenkomst in januari. Na een positieve afronding van de oriëntatiefase, het intakegesprek bij Avans en de Reken- en Wiskundetoets vindt het geschiktheidsonderzoek plaats. Op basis van dit onderzoek bepalen Avans en INOS of het zij-instroomtraject een voor jou haalbaar traject is en wat je nog aan scholing en begeleiding nodig hebt. Vanaf 1 augustus 2027 ga je daadwerkelijk als zij-instromer aan de slag en start jouw leerwerktraject. Je sluit je traject af met een bekwaamheidsonderzoek waarna je een certificaat van bekwaamheid krijgt. Daarmee heb je een officieel erkende onderwijsbevoegdheid voor het primair onderwijs in handen.
