Zit je te denken om een switch te maken in je carrière en heb je altijd al meer willen weten over elektrotechniek ? Dan is dit je kans! Waar ga je werken? Je gaat werken bij een betrokken en vakgericht elektrotechnisch bedrijf waar kwaliteit en teamwork vooropstaan. Samen met een hecht team werk je aan uiteenlopende projecten, van installaties tot maatwerkoplossingen. De sfeer is open en informeel, de lijnen zijn kort en iedereen helpt elkaar. Hier krijg je de ruimte om te groeien, mee te denken en trots te zijn op het werk dat je samen oplevert. Klinkt goed toch? Wat ga je doen; Na een kennismaking bij ons en bij het bedrijf doe je een nulmeting. Tijdens deze dag kijken we naar je persoonlijkheid en capaciteiten en maak je kennis met het vak van elektricien. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Verder ben jij in het bezit van rijbewijs B en ben je gemotiveerd om iets compleet nieuws te leren! Is iedereen enthousiast? Dan kun je starten! Je krijgt een 12-daagse basiscursus (aaneengesloten of 1 dag per week) om je goed voor te bereiden. Daarna ga je fulltime aan de slag als leerling elektromonteur in de woningbouw en volg je een door de werkgever betaalde opleiding. Deze vindt eens per twee weken op zaterdag plaats en biedt de mogelijkheid om je MBO niveau 2, 3 en 4 verkort te behalen.
