Via ons zij-instroomtraject combineer je leren en werken en ontwikkel je je stap voor stap tot Verzorgende IG in de ouderenzorg. Waar ga je werken? Je gaat werken en leren op één van onze ouderenzorglocaties in Friesland. Hier bieden we ondersteuning, begeleiding en verzorging aan ouderen met uiteenlopende zorgbehoeften, zoals dementie of lichamelijke zorg. Samen met je collega's creëer je een warme en huiselijke omgeving waarin bewoners kunnen rekenen op persoonlijke aandacht, deskundige zorg en een zinvolle invulling van hun dag. Wat ga je doen? Vanaf het moment dat je met de opleiding start, ga je ook direct in de praktijk aan de slag. Je werkt vanaf dag één met bewoners en je krijgt begeleiding van ervaren collega's. Stap voor stap groei je in je rol en ga je steeds zelfstandiger aan de slag binnen het team. Zo leer je bewoners te ondersteunen, verzorgen en begeleiden volgens hun zorgleefplan. Wie ben jij? J e wilt graag werken in de zorg en iets betekenen voor anderen. Ervaring is niet nodig; jouw motivatie, betrokkenheid en leergierigheid zijn het belangrijkst. Je werkt graag samen, staat open om te leren en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen ontwikkeling. Om in aanmerking te komen voor het zij instroomtraject ben je: - Minimaal een vmbo-of mavo-diploma (kaderberoepsgerichte, gemengde of theoretische leerweg), of een gelijkwaardig diploma, een overgangsbewijs naar 4 havo, of een mbo-diploma op niveau 2 - Minimaal 30 uur per week beschikbaar en bereid om onregelmatige diensten te werken - Je voldoet aan de leeftijdseis die geldt voor toelating tot de opleiding - In bezit van rijbewijs en eigen vervoer.
