Voor een specialist in tropisch hardhout in Kampen zoeken wij een zijladerchauffeur. Je verplaatst grote houtproducten en zorgt ervoor dat het materiaal op het juiste moment op de juiste plek staat. Heb je ervaring op de heftruck, maar nog nooit op een zijlader gereden? Geen probleem, dat kun je hier leren! Wat ga je doen? Als zijladerchauffeur ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen de opslag, productie en verzending. Je zorgt ervoor dat ruwe houtstammen en ander materiaal bij de juiste productieafdeling terechtkomen en verplaatst de eindproducten vervolgens naar de juiste plek op het terrein. Daarnaast maak je orders verzendklaar en help je bij het laden van vrachtwagens. Het bijzondere aan deze functie is het materiaal waarmee je werkt. Het tropisch hardhout verschilt sterk in lengte, formaat en gewicht. Dat vraagt om nauwkeurig rijden en goed inzicht in wat je doet. Je leert de verschillende houtsoorten, het terrein en de logistieke processen steeds beter kennen en hebt dagelijks contact met de teamleider over de planning. Je krijgt de ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en mee te denken. Zie je dat iets slimmer of efficiënter kan, of merk je een probleem of afwijking op? Dan wordt er van je verwacht dat je dit aangeeft. Heb je vooral ervaring met een gewone heftruck? Dan heb je al een goede basis. Het rijden met een zijlader is net even anders, maar dit leren ervaren collega's je graag in de praktijk. Wat vragen wij van jou? We zoeken iemand die graag rijdt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en zorgvuldig omgaat met groot materiaal. Je houdt van aanpakken, werkt graag samen en vindt het prettig om binnen een logistieke en technische omgeving...
