Wir suchen 1 Zimmerer_in / Allrounder_in für unsere WOHNWAGON-Werkstatt

* Arbeitszeit: 39 Stunden

Wir erweitern unser Werkstatt-Team und suchen Menschen mit Liebe zum Holzbau, die schöne Projekte mit guten Materialien umsetzen möchten! Die Arbeit mit Holz liegt dir im Blut, du hast Lust Projektverantwortung zu übernehmen und mit deinen Kollegen den Bau unserer modularen Massivholzhäuser von Beginn bis zum Ende zu betreuen? DEINE AUFGABENBEREICHE

Der Hauptaufgabenbereich bezieht sich auf Zimmermannsarbeiten im Aufbau unserer modularen Massivholzhäuser. Hier ist selbständiges Arbeiten, Genauigkeit und Liebe zum Detail gefragt. Der Ausbau im Innenbereich erfordert auch tischlerische Fähigkeiten. Die Montage der Module auf der Baustelle ist in wenigen Tagen abgeschlossen - auch hier ist dein Einsatz gerne gesehen.

Folgende Arbeiten fallen an:

* Montage der CLT Wand und Deckenelemente

* Einbau von Vollholzfenstern und Türen

* Zuschnitt & Anbringen von Lärchenholzfassade

* Herstellen der Dämmung, Winddichtbahnen, Dampfbremse etc.

* Verlegen von Vollholzböden

* Laufende Abstimmung am Projekt mit den anderen Gewerken (Elektro, Installation, Dachdecker, Möbelbau, Fliesenleger)

* Fertigstellungsarbeiten Innenausbau (Leisten, Abdeckungen)

* Montage auf der Baustelle

Unsere Werkstatt befindet sich in Gutenstein, Niederösterreich. Vom Rohbau bis zur Inbetriebnahme passieren alle Schritte in unserer Werkstatt. Ein ganzjähriges strukturiertes Arbeiten an unseren vielseitigen Kundenprojekten ist vor Ort in unserer Halle möglich.

BIST DU DER/DIE RICHTIGE FÜR UNS?

* Handwerkliche Ausbildung in zumindest einem Bereich (z.B. Zimmerer, Bautischlerei) & mind. 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung.

* Wir erwarten von unseren Facharbeitern im Team selbstständiges Arbeiten - das bedeutet, dass sie ein Projekt koordinieren können und sich mit den Kollegen aus den anderen Gewerken entsprechend der Bauschritte abstimmen. Etwas Organisationstalent und vor allem Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Fachwissen gehören also mit dazu.

* Ausdauer: Auch am Ende der Woche sitzt die letzte Schraube noch sauber. Gelegentliche Tagesmontagen und Auslieferungen mit längeren Arbeitstagen sind für dich in Ordnung - natürlich mit entsprechenden Zulagen!

* Führerschein: mind. B

Gehalt: € 3.388,31 (Facharbeiter, BUAK)

Überzahlung je nach mitgebrachter Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich.
