º Fachliche Führung und Koordination eines Teams von ca. 5-7 Mitarbeitern

º Organisation und Einteilung der täglichen Arbeitsabläufe im Schalungsbau

º Mitarbeit bei der Herstellung, Bearbeitung und Anpassung von Holzschalungen für Betonfertigteile

º Sicherstellung einer fachgerechten, maßgenauen und qualitativen Ausführung

º Überwachung der Arbeitsfortschritte sowie Einhaltung von Terminen und Qualitätsvorgaben

º Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Arbeitsvorschriften

Ihr Profil:

º Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tischler oder Zimmerer

º Idealerweise abgeschlossene Meisterprüfung im Tischler- oder Zimmererhandwerk

º Alternativ mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit Erfahrung als Vorarbeiter, Gruppenführer oder in einer vergleichbaren Führungsfunktion

º Praktische Erfahrung in der Holzverarbeitung, im Schalungsbau oder im Bauhandwerk

º Erfahrung in der Führung und Koordination von Mitarbeitern

º Engagierte, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

º Gute EDV-Kenntnisse

Entlohnung:

Der kollektivvertragliche Mindestlohn für diese Position beträgt bei einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung von 167 Stunden pro Monat € 3.915,14 brutto. Bei entsprechender Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überbezahlung möglich.

Arbeitszeiten:

Montag bis Donnerstag 06:00-14:30 Uhr, Freitag 06:00-13:00 Uhr

Arbeitsort: Gerasdorf bei Wien

Anfahrt mit Schnellbahn bis Gerasdorf dann 12 Minuten zu Fuß (Kernzone Wien)

Anfahrt mit PKW- gratis Parkplatz bei der Firma
