Was dich erwartet

abwechslungsreiche und eigenverantwortliche Tätigkeit

* Du bist verantwortlich für die Einhaltung und Umsetzung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften gemäß Zoll- und Außenhandelsrecht.

* Der enge Kontakt mit den Zollbehörden sowie die Abwicklung von Import- und Exportverzollungen mit Schwerpunkt auf Österreich und Schweiz gehören zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich.

* Du unterstützt die Zollkolleginnen und -kollegen unserer deutschen Standorte im Rahmen von Urlaubsvertretungen bei sämtlichen anfallenden Zollaufgaben.

* Deine Aufgaben umfassen darüber hinaus die Tarifierung von Waren sowie die Pflege der zollrelevanten Informationen im Teilestamm.

* Gemeinsam mit deinen drei Teamkolleginnen und -kollegen bearbeitest du Intrastat-Meldungen, forderst Lieferantenerklärungen an, stellst diese aus und verwaltest sie.

* Du organisierst Transporte von und zu unseren Kunden in Drittländern.

* Du beteiligst dich aktiv an abteilungsinternen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und bringst eigene Ideen mit ein.

* Dein Gehalt liegt - je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation - deutlich über dem Kollektivvertrag.

Das bringst du mit

zolltechnischer Hintergrund

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Zollabwicklung sowie umfassende Kenntnisse im Zollrecht.

* Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch Genauigkeit und eine strukturierte Vorgehensweise aus.

* Eigenständiges sowie praxisorientiertes Denken und Handeln sind für dich selbstverständlich.

* Du bist eine teamorientiert und zeichnest dich durch eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung aus.

* Erfahrung mit den Programmen SAP AEB, DHF Zolaris und Mercurio Powersuite sind von Vorteil.

* Der routinierte Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen fällt dir leicht.

* Auch wenn es einmal etwas hektischer wird, behältst du die Ruhe und den Überblick.
