Verstärken Sie unseren Bereich Finanzen & Rechnungswesen

am Standort Hörsching als 1 Zollkoordinator (w/m/d) Zollkoordinator (w/m/d)

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

* Selbständiges Monitoring der vorgegebenen Ablauforganisation und der Funktionsfähigkeit der innerbetrieblichen Zoll-Compliance (internes Kontrollsystem)

* Unterstützung bei der Steuerung der Zollprozesse (Warenimport und -export, Tarifierung, Exportkontrolle, aktiver Veredelungsverkehr, etc.)

* AEO-Monitoring

* Aufdecken und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsideen sowie eigenverantwortliche Durchführung einschlägiger Projekte

* Schnittstelle zu den Fachabteilungen für alle Zollbelange sowie zum externen Zolldienstleister und Behörden/Zollämtern

* Unterstützung bei Betriebsprüfungen

* Umsetzung von zentralen Vorgaben der globalen Zollleitung

* Rechtsmittel verwalten

* Bei Interesse: Durchführung von Schulungen

Das bringen Sie mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre Speditionskaufmann/-kauffrau oder abgeschlossenes Universitäts- oder FH-Studium mit Schwerpunkt Logistik oder Zertifizierungen nach P36, P37 oder P38)

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit entsprechender Ausbildung und Know-How im Bereich Zoll

* Bereitschaft zur Abhaltung von Schulungen von Vorteil

* Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Excel, SAP/BW von Vorteil)

* Gute Englischkenntnisse

* Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Dynamik und Antrieb im Arbeitsalltag

* Selbstständigkeit und der nötige Weitblick, um den Zollbereich nachhaltig mitzugestalten

Bei Erfüllung oben genannter Kriterien bieten wir Ihnen ein wettbewerbsfähiges Jahresbruttogehalt im Kollektivvertrag Metalltechnische Industrie ab rund EUR 59.000,-- (zzgl. variablem Anteil von bis zu 10%). Die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung gegeben.
