Zonemanager – Vleesbedrijf

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Als zoneverantwoordelijke neem je de leiding over een team van ongeveer 20 medewerkers en zorg je voor een efficiënte en vlot draaiende productieflow. Je bent de spil op de werkvloer en combineert operationeel leiderschap met een professionele hands-on mentaliteit.

Jouw taken & verantwoordelijkheden

  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van jouw team met een duidelijke taakverdeling
  • Organiseren en coördineren van de dagelijkse activiteiten binnen jouw productiezone
  • Meehelpen op de werkvloer, het goede voorbeeld geven en de operationele werking ondersteunen
  • Personeelsplanning opstellen, prioriteiten bepalen en overzicht bewaren
  • Problemen snel en doeltreffend oplossen of tijdig escaleren indien nodig
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en schakel tussen werkvloer en management
  • Waken over kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne binnen jouw zone volgens interne procedures en normen

PROFIEL

  • Je bent een echte people manager: je weet hoe je een team motiveert, aanstuurt en laat groeien.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en doeltreffend, zowel op de werkvloer als naar je leidinggevenden.
  • Je blijft rustig onder druk en werkt graag resultaatgericht.
  • Je beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit: meewerken waar nodig schrikt je niet af.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je ook uitdrukken in het Frans en/of Engels.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met MS Office.
  • Je hebt reeds leidinggevende ervaring, of je bent sterk gemotiveerd om hierin je eerste stappen te zetten.
  • Flexibiliteit en verantwoordelijkheidszin typeren jou.
