Als zoneverantwoordelijke ben je mee verantwoordelijke voor de regionale werking met militanten in Zuid-West-Vlaanderen en ondersteun je andere acties en initiatieven binnen het bewegingswerk in West-Vlaanderen. Specifiek voor Zuid-West-Vlaanderen ondersteun je hierbij ook onze werking in de scholen en geef je in de regio Zuid-West-Vlaanderen de lespakketten. Je bouwt in de regio aan je netwerk van actoren binnen het sociaaleconomische middenveld en in de streekwerking.

Als KMO-verantwoordelijke volg je – naast je regiowerking – ook een centraal thema op. Voor deze vacature zoekt het ACV West-Vlaanderen een nieuwe collega die binnen de provincie interprofessioneel (dus over de sectoren heen) verantwoordelijk is voor de kmo-werking. In kleine ondernemingen zijn namelijk vaak geen ACV-afgevaardigden op de werkvloer. De kmo-werking zorgt ervoor dat de stem van werknemers uit die kleine bedrijven gehoord wordt.

  • Je hebt voeling met de leefwereld van (kmo-)werknemers vandaag en legt vlot contact.
  • Je kan op een vlotte en begrijpelijke manier informatie overbrengen.
  • Regelmatig avond- en/of weekendwerk schrikt je niet af.
  • Je kan autonoom werken binnen een bestaand afsprakenkader.
  • Je kan goed samenwerken met collega’s en met de doelgroep.
  • Je houdt van projectmatig werken en plannen en werkt bijgevolg ook proactief.
  • Je kan goed analyseren en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je leert graag bij en werkt probleemoplossend.
  • Je bent flexibel.
  • Je kan je vinden in de missie en de standpunten van het ACV.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
