Sinds de oprichting in 2016 is het team uitgegroeid tot een dynamisch geheel van een tiental vaste medewerkers. Hun focus ligt op het realiseren van duurzame projecten, steeds met aandacht voor de wensen van de klant. Tot op vandaag werden reeds meer dan 5000 projecten succesvol opgeleverd.

Jobomschrijving

Als monteur zonweringen ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het vakkundig installeren van zonwering bij zowel particuliere als professionele klanten. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je werkt telkens op een andere locatie, alleen of samen met een collega.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat o.a. uit:

  • Plaatsen en monteren van allerhande zonwering zoals screens, rolluiken, zonneschermen en lamellendaken
  • Opmeten, afstellen en netjes afwerken van installaties
  • Technisch oplossen van kleine problemen of aanpassingen ter plaatse
  • Uitvoeren van herstellingen en onderhoud waar nodig
  • Correct en klantvriendelijk communiceren met de klant op locatie
  • Zorg dragen voor het materiaal, gereedschap en het servicevoertuig

Je krijgt daarvoor een grondige opleiding én begeleiding op de werkvloer. Je komt terecht in een hecht team, waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en service centraal staan. Dankzij jouw oog voor detail en praktische aanpak zorg je voor een perfecte afwerking bij elk project.

  • Technisch inzicht en handigheid: je werkt vlot met gereedschap en hebt gevoel voor precisie.
  • Een eerste ervaring als monteur zonwering is een pluspunt, maar een goede motivatie en leergierigheid zijn minstens even belangrijk.
  • Verantwoordelijkheidszin en oog voor kwaliteit: je levert graag werk af waarop je trots kan zijn.
  • Rijbewijs B is een must, want je gaat zelfstandig de baan op.
  • Fysiek in orde: je bent graag actief bezig en werken op hoogte schrikt je niet af.
  • Klantgerichtheid en duidelijk kunnen communiceren met klanten en collega’s.
  • Flexibiliteit: je kan je aanpassen aan onverwachte situaties en wisselende werven.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands: want je zal uitleg moeten geven aan onze klanten.

Opleiding en begeleiding op de werkvloer zijn voorzien, zodat je je verder kan ontwikkelen in je vak.
