Zorg assistent (plus) Verzorging Met jouw aandacht, betrokkenheid en oprechte interesse maak je iedere dag het verschil voor onze bewoners. Je ziet niet alleen wat iemand nodig heeft, maar ook wat iemand zelf nog kan. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de beperking en sluit je aan bij de persoonlijke wensen, gewoonten en mogelijkheden van iedere bewoner. wat ga je doen? - Je ondersteunt bewoners bij dagelijkse handelingen en helpt waar nodig bij de persoonlijke verzorging. - Je bent een vertrouwd gezicht en een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en hun naasten. - Je hebt oog voor de wensen en behoeften van bewoners en stemt jouw zorg hierop af. - Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid, terwijl je altijd kunt rekenen op de ondersteuning van je collega's. Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag bij Waerthove afdeling de Alblas, een eigentijdse woonzorg locatie in het hart van Sliedrecht. Hier bieden we kleinschalige, persoonlijke zorg aan mensen die niet meer zelfstandig thuis kunnen wonen. In een warme en huiselijke omgeving staat het welzijn van onze bewoners centraal en werken we samen aan een zo prettig mogelijk dagelijks leven. Wie ben jij? - Je beschikt over een diploma Helpende (plus) mbo niveau 2 of je bevindt je in het tweede leerjaar van minimaal de opleiding verzorgende IG. - Je werkt onregelmatig. Bij ons kan je rekenen op: - Je ontvangt een salaris in schaal 25 (cao VVT) trede zij-instroomperiodiek € 2599,21 per maand op basis van 36 uur. De inschaling is afhankelijk van je opleiding en achtergrond. - Werk je al bij Rivas, dan behoud jij je huidige salaris (maximale functiegroep is FWG 25). - Je ontvangt vakantiegeld (8,33%) in mei en een eindejaarsuitkering (8%) in november. Kies zelf of je je vakantiegeld en/of eindejaarsuitkering per maand of per jaar ontvangt. - Je tekent een vast contract voor 0 tot 24 uur. - Je kunt rekenen op uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de cao VVT, zoals reiskosten en verlo...
