Vind je het fijn om zelfstandig te werken, maar tegelijkertijd onderdeel uit te maken van een betrokken wijkteam? En wil jij jezelf verder ontwikkelen tot Helpende Plus? Dan maken we graag kennis met je! Voor verschillende wijkteams binnen Den Haag Centrum zijn wij op zoek naar enthousiaste Helpenden niveau 2 die zich verder willen ontwikkelen binnen de thuiszorg. Wat ga je doen? Als Helpende niveau 2 in de thuiszorg bezoek je zelfstandig cliënten in hun vertrouwde thuisomgeving. Je ondersteunt hen bij de dagelijkse verzorging en hebt oog voor hun welzijn, persoonlijke wensen en zelfredzaamheid. Dankzij jouw deskundige zorg en persoonlijke aandacht kunnen cliënten langer prettig en zelfstandig thuis blijven wonen. Je bouwt een vertrouwensband op met je cliënten en maakt iedere dag het verschil. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Je maakt deel uit van een betrokken wijkteam waarin collega's altijd voor elkaar klaarstaan. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat cliënten de beste zorg ontvangen. Daarnaast rapporteer je zorgvuldig in het cliëntdossier, zodat de zorg goed op elkaar blijft aansluiten. Je werkt in een afwisselend rooster met dag- en avonddiensten. Werk je liever wat later op de ochtend? Voor de doordeweekse dagdiensten is het in overleg mogelijk om later te starten. Zo kijken we graag samen naar een rooster dat past bij jouw persoo...
