Dan maken we graag kennis met jou! Op de Dotterbloem, onderdeel van locatie Beekheim in Barneveld, wonen zeven ouder wordende bewoners. Zij hebben ieder hun eigen verhaal en behoefte aan structuur, rust en vertrouwde gezichten. De meeste bewoners brengen hun dag door op de groep, anderen nemen deel aan activiteiten binnen Beekheim. Als zorgassistent ben jij een belangrijke schakel in hun dagelijks leven. Je biedt ondersteuning bij de algemene dagelijkse levensverrichtingen (ADL), zoals wassen, aankleden en verschonen. Je doet dit met aandacht, respect en oog voor wat iemand nog zelf kan en wil. Samen met de collega begeleider zorg je voor een veilige, prettige en huiselijke sfeer. Je bent zorgzaam, betrokken en hebt oprechte aandacht voor de mensen om je heen. Je vindt het belangrijk om bij te dragen aan een fijne dag voor de bewoners. Je werkt graag samen, maar kun je ook zelfstandig handelen. Ook heb je affiniteit met ouder wordende cliënt en dementie. Je hebt minimaal een mbo-niveau 2 opleiding afgerond. Je komt terecht in een betrokken team waar samenwerking en aandacht voor elkaar centraal staan. Het gaat om een functie van 60%.
