Het is een kleinschalige en sfeervolle locatie waar mensen wonen met een somatische of psychogeriatrische zorgvraag. Ook is er een afdeling voor kortdurend verblijf. We werken vanuit vertrouwen en betrokkenheid. Je krijgt de ruimte om je werk goed te doen en mee te denken over hoe het beter kan. Wat ga je doen Als zorgassistent ondersteun je onze bewoners in hun dagelijks leven en zorg je samen met je collega's voor een fijne leefomgeving. Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere: - Helpen met ADL, dat betekent helpen bij wassen, aankleden en ondersteunen bij eten en drinken. Hiervoor volg je een training van een aantal dagdelen; - Koken en maaltijden bereiden voor- en met de bewoners in de huiskamer; - Zorgen voor een schone, veilige en vooral gezellige leefomgeving; - Stimuleren en begeleiden van bewoners bij activiteiten die bijdragen aan hun welzijn; - Signaleren van veranderingen bij bewoners en dit bespreken met je collega's. Je werkt in wisselende diensten van gemiddeld 6 uur, zowel vroeg als laat. Wil je graag vaste uren werken of juist als oproepkracht? We bespreken graag samen wat bij jou past.
