En heb jij ervaring met ADL-zorg of ben je bereid hier over te leren? Dan is deze functie echt iets voor jou! Wat je doet Als zorgassistent ben je er voor mensen met NAH. Jij weet dat goede zorg niet betekent dat je alles overneemt, maar dat je samen kijkt naar wat iemand nog zélf kan en wil. Met jouw geduld en ondersteuning help je bewoners stap voor stap om weer meer regie te krijgen. Op deze locatie horen ADL-taken bij je werk, zoals helpen bij het wassen, aankleden en tijdens eetmomenten. Maar je doet nog veel meer, want daarnaast: - help je collega's bij het organiseren van gezellige en zinvolle activiteiten; - ben je een vertrouwd gezicht en een luisterend oor voor bewoners; - houd je samen met collega's in de gaten hoe het met bewoners gaat. Samen zorg je voor een plek waar bewoners zich thuis voelen en de ondersteuning krijgen die bij hen past. Wat wij bieden - mooi en betekenisvol werk dat er écht toe doet; - ruime leer-en ontwikkelmogelijkheden, inclusief (vervolg)opleidingen op onze kosten; - een jaarcontract voor 16 uur met uitzicht op een contract voor onbepaalde tijd; - een salaris van € 2.337,- tot maximaal € 3.212,- bruto per maand bij een 36-urige werkweek volgens de cao Gehandicaptenzorg (FWG 25); - per 1 november 2026 vindt een salarisverhoging plaats, zoals afgesproken in de cao Gehandicaptenzorg; - reiskostenvergoeding boven cao (€0,23/km voor woonwerk-verkeer en €0,36/km voor dienstreizen in 2026), of volledige vergoeding van OV; - onregelmatigheidstoeslag, 8% vakantiegeld, 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering, 144 vakantie-uren per jaar én 57 uur flexibel balansverlof (bij een 36-urige werkweek); - pensioenregeling bij PFZW, speciaal ingericht voor de zorgsector en met collectieve voordelen voor zorgmedewerkers; - fijne extra's voor werk en privé: persoonlijke coaching v...
