In laag-complexe situaties help je bij de algemene dagelijkse levensverrichtingen (ADL) en ondersteun je patiënten rondom de maaltijden. Met jouw kennis van voeding en gastvrijheid zorg je ervoor dat patiënten hun maaltijden ontvangen en houd je rekening met diëten en de geldende HACCP-richtlijnen. Daarnaast draag je bij aan een schone en hygiënische omgeving. Ook persoonlijke aandacht hoort bij je werk. Je maakt tijd voor een praatje en biedt een luisterend oor wanneer daar behoefte aan is. Zo draag je bij aan een prettig verblijf voor patiënten op de afdeling. Je werkt onder de eindverantwoordelijkheid van de verpleegkundige en maakt deel uit van een hecht team. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de zorg rondom de patiënt goed verloopt. Zo lever je iedere dag een praktische én persoonlijke bijdrage aan de zorg voor patiënten op de AOA. - Je hebt een mbo-diploma zorg en welzijn niveau 2 en beschikt over kennis van diëten en de HACCP-richtlijnen. Heb je een diploma verzorgende IG? Dan ben je ook welkom om te solliciteren, maar houd er wel rekening mee dat de inschaling hoort bij de functie van zorgassistent. - Je werkt graag zelfstandig én samen met collega's en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen. - Je werkt systematisch en houdt van een ordelijke werkomgeving. - Je beschikt over goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden en hebt affiniteit met de doelgroep. - Goed om te weten: je bent beschermd tegen hepatitis B en kunt een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) overleggen.
