The posting

Als zorgassistent ondersteun je leerlingen met specifieke onderwijs- en

zorgbehoeften, vooral kinderen met een individueel aangepast curriculum (IAC type

2). Je werkt nauw samen met leerkrachten en zorgteams om een veilige,

gestructureerde en stimulerende leeromgeving te creëren. Jij bent de extra schakel

die zorgt voor rust, ondersteuning en veiligheid in de klas.

Je belangrijkste taken:

  • Helpen bij verzorgende taken zoals toiletbezoek, eten en aankleden en bij het verhogen van de zelfredzaamheid hierin
  • Structuur bieden tijdens pauzes en overgangen
  • Ondersteunen van leerlingen met een specifieke ondersteuningsbehoefte bij emoties en ervaringen
  • In samenspraak met leerkracht, zorgcoördinator en leersteunondersteuner specifiek aanbod creëren voor deze kleuters
  • Bijdragen aan het klasmanagement van de klasleerkracht
  • Klaarzetten van materiaal en meehelpen bij de klasorganisatie
  • Observeren en rapporteren van gedrag of noden
  • Ondersteuning bij oudercontacten en schoolactiviteiten
  • Je hebt een warm hart voor kinderen en wil hen graag ondersteunen in hun groei
  • Je bent zorgzaam, betrouwbaar en discreet
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler
  • Je bent flexibel en kan goed omgaan met onvoorspelbare en wisselende situaties in de klas
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor coaching en vorming
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en kan helder communiceren
  • Een diploma secundair onderwijs is een vereiste
