Als zorgassistent in onze flexpool werk je op verschillende momenten waar jouw hulp nodig is. Je ondersteunt onze zorgteams en bent een vertrouwd gezicht op de huiskamer. Samen met bewoners, familie, bezoekers en collega's zorg je voor een fijne en huiselijke sfeer. Je maakt een praatje, zorgt dat eten en drinken klaarstaat, houdt de huiskamer netjes en hebt oog voor hoe het met onze bewoners gaat. Juist door jouw aandacht en aanwezigheid draag je bij aan een prettige dag voor onze bewoners. Het fijne van werken in onze flexpool? We kijken samen naar jouw beschikbaarheid en welke uren en diensten daarbij passen. Wat ga je doen? Als zorgassistent zorg jij ervoor dat het op de huiskamer prettig, gezellig en goed georganiseerd is. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - creëren van een huiselijke en gezellige sfeer voor onze bewoners • contact maken met bewoners en aandacht hebben voor hun wensen en behoeften • bezoekers en vrijwilligers ontvangen en hen verder helpen wanneer dat nodig is • klaarmaken van dranken en eenvoudige maaltijden, zoals broodmaaltijden • rekening houden met dieetwensen en afspraken rondom eten en drinken • klaarzetten van serveerwagens en opwarmen en verstrekken van maaltijden • dekken en afruimen van de tafels • schoon en opgeruimd houden van de huiskamer en afdelingskeuken • uitvoeren van verschillende opruim- en schoonmaakwerkzaamheden op de afdeling • opmaken van bedden • aanvullen en beheren van voorraden en bestellen van voedingsmiddelen • bijdragen aan welzijnsactiviteiten en bewoners begeleiden naar activiteiten binnen de locatie • signaleren van bijzonderheden rondom het welzijn en de voedin...
