Jouw rol daarin is vooral ondersteunend: jij zorgt dat praktische zaken op de afdeling goed geregeld zijn, zodat verpleegkundigen zich kunnen richten op de zorg voor de patiënt. Een deel van je werk bestaat uit direct contact met patiënten. Je ondersteunt bij de algemene dagelijkse levensverrichtingen (ADL) en bij voeding, met aandacht voor hygiëne en volgens de geldende HACCP-richtlijnen. Daarnaast vul je materialen aan op de afdeling en in de patiëntenkamers en ondersteun je verpleegkundigen waar dat binnen jouw functie nodig is. Ook persoonlijke aandacht hoort bij je werk. Je hebt oog voor de patiënt, maakt ruimte voor een praatje en biedt waar nodig een luisterend oor. Je maakt deel uit van een hecht multidisciplinair team van intensivisten, arts-assistenten, gespecialiseerde verpleegkundigen, PA's en andere zorgprofessionals. De lijnen zijn kort en je werkt nauw samen om ervoor te zorgen dat de zorg op de IC goed kan verlopen. Zo lever je vanuit jouw eigen rol een belangrijke bijdrage aan de hoogcomplexe zorg voor onze patiënten. - Je hebt een diploma helpende zorg en welzijn niveau 2 en beschikt over kennis van diëten en de HACCP-richtlijnen.Heb je een diploma verzorgende IG? Dan ben je ook welkom om te solliciteren, maar houd er wel rekening mee dat de inschaling hoort bij de functie van zorgassistent. - Je werkt graag zelfstandig én samen met collega's en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen. - Je werkt systematisch en houdt van een ordelijke werkomgeving. - Je beschikt over goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden en hebt affiniteit met de doelgroep. - Goed om te weten: je bent beschermd tegen hepatit...
