Spring bij op verschillende afdelingen in het Diakonessenhuis en ondersteun patiënten en verpleegkundigen waar jouw hulp nodig is. Dit ga je doen Als zorgassistent oproep ondersteun je verpleegkundigen op verschillende afdelingen in het Diakonessenhuis. Je helpt patiënten bij dagelijkse zorg, zoals wassen, aankleden en toiletgang. Ook serveer je maaltijden en dranken en houd je de omgeving van de patiënt schoon en op orde. Je let goed op veranderingen in de gezondheid van patiënten en bespreekt deze met de verpleegkundige. Onder begeleiding help je bij meer complexe zorgtaken. Daarnaast werk je volgens de hygiënevoorschriften rond voeding en verzorging en houd je de voorraden bij. Zo ondersteun je het team bij de dagelijkse zorg voor patiënten. Hier kom je te werken Vanuit het Flexbureau werk je binnen bestaande teams op verschillende verpleegafdelingen in Utrecht en Zeist. Door ziekte, verlof of een tijdelijk tekort heeft een afdeling soms een extra collega nodig. Op zo'n moment sluit jij aan bij het vaste team en pak je samen de werkzaamheden en zorg voor de patiënten op. Soms kom je terecht op een afdeling waar het tempo hoog ligt en snel extra ondersteuning nodig is. Via het Flexbureau heb je inspraak in je rooster. Je geeft jouw beschikbaarheid door en wordt op basis daarvan ingedeeld. Dit heb je in huis Je ziet wat een patiënt of collega nodig heeft en handelt daarnaar. Ook als het druk is, blijf je rustig en houd je aandacht voor wat er gebeurt. Je werkt prettig samen met verpleegkundigen en andere collega's en staat open voor feedback.
