Begeleid cliënten met een somatische en psychiatrische aandoening in een huiselijke omgeving bij hun huishoudelijke taken. Kom werken bij klinisch herstel in Alphen aan den Rijn, een GZ-kliniek midden in een woonwijk. Jij geeft als zorgassistent huishoudelijke hulp de zorg en aandacht die onze cliënten nodig hebben. Klinisch herstel Zegerkwartier biedt ondersteuning bij herstel aan cliënten met ernstige psychische problemen. Als zorgassistent huishoudelijke hulp ondersteun je cliënten bij hun huishoudelijke taken. Samen met het verpleegkundig/begeleidend team, ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vlot laten lopen van de dag. Dit doe je door; - Samen met de client huishoudelijke taken uit te voeren en de client te begeleiden naar meer zelfstandigheid; - Te ondersteunen in de dagelijkse levensdomeinen/levensbehoefte; - Veel waarde te hechten aan autonomie en kwaliteitsverbetering zodat de afdeling de beste zorg aan onze cliënten kan blijven bieden; - Je werkt met de methodiek ART (Active Recovery Triad). (Hierin word je geschoold). Wie ben jij? Om de functie van zorgassistent huishoudelijke hulp goed uit te kunnen voeren beschik je over een flexibele en cliëntgerichte houding. Daarnaast kan je als geen ander een huiselijke sfeer creëren en staat de zorg van de cliënten bij jou centraal. Je hebt aandacht voor hygiëne en bent praktisch ingesteld. Je hoeft geen zorg gerelateerde opleiding afgerond te hebben, maar ervaring in de zorg is wel een vereiste. Daarnaast zijn er doorgroeimogelijkheden Waar ga je werken?
