Je wilt direct impact hebben op het welzijn van onze patiënten, in een verantwoordelijke functie. Bij ons combineer je verzorging, voeding en welzijn in één functie. Je werkt op wisselende afdelingen, dus geen dag is hetzelfde. Dat is werken als zorgassistent op oproepbasis bij het Flexbureau: jij bepaalt samen met ons wanneer je beschikbaar bent. Solliciteer en wie weet maak je snel kennis met ons ziekenhuis, de afdelingen en je toekomstige collega's. Zo maak jij beter nóg beter. Zorgen dat patiënten de juiste basiszorg en voeding krijgen is jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Dit valt onder de Algemeen Dagelijkse Levensverrichtingen (ADL) waarmee jij onze patiënten helpt. Zowel op het gebied van zorg én voeding. Denk hierbij aan het helpen met wassen, aankleden als ook het opvragen en verstrekken van 6 eetmomenten per dag. Naast de zorg en maaltijden geef je advies over voeding en help je patiënten bij het maken van de juiste keuzes. Dit doe je samen met diëtisten, logopedisten, verpleegkundigen en de keuken. Als zorgassistent ziekenhuis ontzorg je onze verpleegkundigen en ga je elke uitdaging aan, zoals: - adviseren en coachen van patiënten met betrekking tot voeding, diëten en allergenen. - zorgen voor een schone en opgeruimde omgeving van de patiënt. - aanvullen van voorraden. Denk hierbij aan bevoorrading op de afdeling en de serveerkar. - extra zorg en aandacht bieden door bijvoorbeeld te luisteren, haren te verzorgen of te wandelen. En wist je dat je dit alles doet in nauwe samenwerking met de verpleegkundigen van de afdeling? Je hebt overdracht momenten en regelmatig terugkoppeling en afstemming met de verpleegkund...
