In deze bijzondere rol maak jij met jouw duidelijke communicatie het verschil en bied je een veilige haven voor iedereen op de locatie. Wat ga je doen? Als Zorgbeveiliger Zwolle ben jij een kalme en betrouwbare aanwezigheid. Je weet precies hoe je de sfeer goed houdt en treedt de-escalerend op wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Toezicht & Rondes: Je houdt proactief toezicht op de opvang- en zorglocaties en loopt regelmatige preventieve rondes in en rondom het gebouw. - Begeleiding & De-escalatie: Je spreekt bewoners en bezoekers op een professionele, empathische maar tegelijkertijd duidelijke manier aan. Bij oplopende spanningen blijf jij kalm en treed je direct de-escalerend op. - Rapportage: Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige registratie en rapportage van incidenten en bijzonderheden. Wat verwachten we van jou? Jij bent rustig, communicatief ijzersterk en laat je niet snel uit het veld slaan. Je bent betrouwbaar onder druk en een echte teamspeler. Verder vink je dit profiel af: - Je bent in het bezit van het diploma Beveiliger 2. - Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. - Je bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs én beschikt over eigen vervoer.
