Zorgbeveiliger (begeleider G HIC) Amsterdam € 2735,- / € 3917,- bruto p.m. In het kort Als Zorgbeveiliger op de HIC ben je er voor de dagelijkse begeleiding, zorg en het welzijn van onze patiënten. Je ondersteunt bij zelfzorg en structuur, observeert veranderingen en draagt bij aan een veilig leefklimaat. Maar op een HIC gaat je rol verder dan alleen de dagelijkse zorg. Je werkt met patiënten in een acute psychiatrische crisis en krijgt daardoor te maken met situaties waarin spanning snel kan oplopen. Jij blijft rustig, maakt contact en zoekt naar manieren om een situatie te de-escaleren. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat patiënten zich zo veilig mogelijk voelen. Ook wanneer dat even niet vanzelfsprekend is. Wat ga je doen? - Je werk begint bij de basis: er zijn voor de patiënt. Je biedt begeleiding, hebt oog voor wat iemand op dat moment nodig heeft en helpt patiënten om zo zelfstandig mogelijk te functioneren. - Tegelijkertijd houd je goed in de gaten wat er verandert. Je observeert het psychisch en somatisch functioneren, let op veranderingen in zelfzorg en gedrag. Signaleer je iets bijzonders? Dan bespreek je dit met je collega's en onderneem je actie. - Op de HIC speelt veiligheid een belangrijke rol. Je bent in staat om spanning vroegtijdig te herkennen en hierop in te spelen. Soms is een rustig gesprek voldoende. Soms is het nodig om duidelijke grenzen te stellen of direct in samenwerking met je collega's te handelen. - Wanneer een situatie escaleert, blijf je professioneel en handel je volgens de gemaakte afspraken en protocollen. Je werkt de-escalerend en ondersteunt waar nodig de verpleegkundige bij een crisisinterventie.
