  • opvolgen van kwaliteitssystemen (infectie, palliatie, dementie, incontinentie, wondzorg ...)
  • opnemen van verantwoordelijkheid inzake warme persoonsgerichte en deskundige zorg en, indien nodig, voorstellen van verbeteracties
  • bedside teaching en coaching en actieve deelname in de zorg waar nodig
  • bieden van socio-emotionele begeleiding aan bewoner en familie/mantelzorger
  • begeleiden en opvolgen van studenten, stagiairs, medewerkers en leidinggevenden op de afdeling
  • opvolgen van een goede planning en organisatie van het werk
  • opvolgen van registraties en metingen in de zorg
  • coördineren van een goede en efficiënte transdisciplinaire werking
  • vertalen van beleidsbeslissingen naar de dagdagelijkse praktijk
  • rapporteren en samenwerken met de kwaliteitscoördinator, stafmedewerker en directeur bewonerszorg
  • je bent sociaal voelend en werkt graag met hulpbehoevende volwassenen en ouderen
  • je staat graag tussen en naast medewerkers en leidinggevenden door een actieve aanwezigheid op de afdeling
  • je coacht graag rechtstreeks op de werkvloer en over de verschillende shiften heen
  • je neemt een voorbeeldrol op in de organisatie en jouw motto is "leading by example"
  • je hebt een grote verantwoordelijkheidszin en inschattingsvermogen
  • je bent communicatief vaardig en kan je aanpassen aan wisselende omstandigheden
  • je werkt graag mee aan de uitbouw van het zorgbeleid en bijhorende kwaliteitsprojecten
  • je hebt een flexibele werkhouding, een 9 - 5 mentaliteit is niet jouw ding
  • je hebt reeds ervaring als verpleegkundig afdelingshoofd of hoofdverpleegkundige
