Wil jij mee richting geven aan kwaliteitsvolle, veilige en toekomstgerichte verpleegkundige zorg in een dynamisch regionaal ziekenhuis?

Jouw rol en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Als zorgcoördinator verpleegkunde neem je een zichtbare sleutelrol op in de verdere ontwikkeling van het verpleegkundig beleid en de dagelijkse zorgorganisatie.
  • Je vertaalt de strategische doelstellingen van het ziekenhuis naar heldere prioriteiten, concrete acties en gedragen verbetertrajecten binnen jouw diensten.
  • Je ondersteunt, coacht en responsabiliseert hoofdverpleegkundigen, zodat zij hun teams met vertrouwen kunnen aansturen en verder ontwikkelen.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van kwaliteit, patiëntveiligheid, zorgprocessen en teamwerking binnen je zorgdomeinen.
  • Je gebruikt indicatoren, audits en toetsingsinstrumenten om resultaten op te volgen, knelpunten te detecteren en doelgerichte verbeteracties te initiëren.
  • Je bewaakt een efficiënte inzet van mensen en middelen, met aandacht voor continuïteit van zorg, haalbaarheid op de werkvloer en duurzame samenwerking.
  • Je neemt ownership in transversale projecten en werkt actief samen met stafmedewerkers, artsen, ondersteunende diensten en directie.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de verpleegkundig directeur en fungeert als belangrijke schakel tussen beleid en praktijk.
  • Je bent een verbindende en daadkrachtige leider die richting geeft, vertrouwen creëert en mensen in beweging brengt.
  • Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een sterke voeling voor de realiteit van de werkvloer.
  • Je durft verantwoordelijkheid opnemen, beslissingen voorbereiden en verbeteringen realiseren in nauwe samenwerking met teams en leidinggevenden.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar leidinggevende ervaring binnen een ziekenhuiscontext.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in de verpleegkunde, aangevuld met een master in management en beleid van de gezondheidszorg.
  • Je communiceert helder, werkt constructief samen en weet verandering op een positieve en geloofwaardige manier te begeleiden.
