The posting

Als zorgcoördinator:

  • Zorgt u voor een goede afstemming tussen de zorg- en paramedische teams waarvan u de werkzaamheden superviseert en controleert, met inachtneming van de wettelijke, technische en veiligheidsvoorschriften;
  • Draagt u bij aan de voortdurende verbetering van het kwaliteitsprogramma van het woonzorgcentrum en aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het zorgbeleid, met het oog op het welzijn van de bewoners;
  • Werkt u mee aan de voortdurende actualisering en de dagelijkse uitvoering van het levensproject van het woonzorgcentrum, in samenwerking met alle diensten, teneinde het welzijn van de bewoners te waarborgen;
  • Waarborgt u de continuïteit van de dienstverlening bij afwezigheid van de directrice van het HH, onder meer door de praktische organisatie van vergaderingen en het beheer van de planningen (verlof, telewerk, afwezigheden).
  • U beschikt verplicht over een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in de sector van de volksgezondheid;
  • Een diploma van directeur/directrice van een instelling voor opvang en huisvesting van ouderen vormt een troef;
  • U beschikt over aantoonbare ervaring in het aansturen van teams binnen een woonzorgcentrum;
  • U beschikt over kennis van de wetgeving betreffende woonzorgcentra en de bijbehorende procedures en beleidsmaatregelen;
  • U beschikt over een proactieve ingesteldheid, analytisch en synthetisch denkvermogen en goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • U bent in staat om de teamcohesie en teamgeest te bevorderen en eventuele conflicten te beheren;
  • U werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig;
  • U stelt zich flexibel op in uw werk;
  • U beschikt over een goede kennis van het Office-pakket en van planningstools, waaronder de tools die specifiek zijn voor de sector van de woonzorgcentra;
  • U beheerst het Frans of het Nederlands en beschikt over een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal (in het bezit van het SELOR-taalcertificaat of bereid dit te behalen).
