The posting

Villa Stuivenberg is een bruisende multiculturele school in Antwerpen. Wij maken onze school met z’n allen samen: iedereen is welkom. Diversiteit zien we als een troef.

Vanaf de kleuterschool besteden we veel tijd aan sociale vaardigheden. Het welbevinden van leerlingen en leerkrachten komt bij ons op de eerste plaats. Want als je je goed voelt, kun je meer aan. We zetten sterk in op SAMEN school maken: zo kunnen we nog meer aandacht hebben voor ieder kind en het schooltam. Waarom lukt iets niet? Voelt een kind zich niet goed vandaag? Waar kan ik terecht met mijn vragen? Wie kan me helpen? Daar spelen we snel op in.

We stimuleren kinderen om zich creatief te uiten en op ontdekking te gaan. Of het nu muziek, toneel of sport is, elk kind vindt wel iets waar het goed in is. De infrastructuur van onze school leent zich goed tot creatieve activiteiten: we beschikken over een knutselatelier, toneelzolder, een bibliotheek, een polyvalente ruimte… We zijn ook goed uitgerust met materiaal zoals SMARTboards, B-bots en zijn fier op ons SteAm-Lab.

Ook buiten de schoolmuren gaan we heel graag op verkenning: in de parken vlakbij, in de buurt of in de stad. We hebben een uitgebreid cultureel aanbod op wandelafstand.

Wat doe je?

Wij zijn op zoek naar een zorgleerkracht (29/36 - 4/5de statuut) die de zorgleerlingen in onze lagere school opvolgt en monitort. Je werkt nauw samen met de klasleerkrachten en het zorgteam, brengt de noden van leerlingen in kaart en volgt hun ontwikkeling mee op. Ben jij een betrokken collega met een hart voor kinderen en zorg? Dan verwelkomen we je graag in ons warm en enthousiast schoolteam. Interesse?

We willen kinderen zo ver mogelijk krijgen en laten uitgroeien tot zelfstandige, mondige jongeren. Daarom leggen we de lat hoog. Door te differentiëren bereiden we kinderen voor op de volgende stap in hun schoolcarrière. Taal speelt een grote rol in hun zelfredzaamheid. We geven veel spreekkansen en hebben een doordacht leesbeleid.

Het samenwerken met ouders speelt een belangrijke rol als zorgcoördinator.
