AZ Rivierenland zoekt een zorgexpert beroertezorg voor de dienst geneeskunde, campus Rumst, die wilt meeschrijven aan dit verhaal.

Wil jij zorgen op momenten die er echt toe doen? Wil je werken in een team waar snel handelen, menselijkheid en kwaliteit samenkomen? Dan ben jij misschien de collega die we zoeken.

Als verpleegkundige op de dienst geneeskunde waar je shiften en weekends (1 op 2) meedraait:

  • Begeleid je patiënten in de acute én herstelfase na een beroerte
  • Zorg je ook voor patiënten met een interne aandoening (pneumologie, cardiologie en gastro-enterologie).
  • Werk je nauw samen in een multidisciplinair team dat hetzelfde doel heeft: de best mogelijke kansen geven aan elke patiënt
  • Speel je een belangrijke rol in het herstel van patiënt én zijn omgeving
  • Zorg je voor zorg op maat, met aandacht voor kwaliteit en menselijkheid
  • Wat jij doet, maakt écht een verschil — vandaag én op lange termijn. Extra troef: je job gaat verder dan zorg alleen op de dienst geneeskunde, 1 dag per week neem je een kwaliteitsrol op:
  • Je werkt mee aan dataverzameling en rapportering (VIKZ) in nauwe samenwerking met team kwaliteit.
  • Je ondersteunt opleidingen voor collega’s
  • Je helpt mee om zorgprocessen te verbeteren en motiveert hierin anderen
  • Je ondersteunt verpleegkundigen en artsen in registraties in het elektronisch patiëntendossier

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een diploma verpleegkunde (bachelor of HBO5)
  • Postgraduaat neurologische zorg is een meerwaarde
  • Je hebt interesse in neurologie en acute zorg
  • Je wil meebouwen aan een erkende stroke unit in AZR en denkt graag vooruit
  • Je werkt graag samen en communiceert vlot
  • Je wil groeien in kwaliteit, data en opleiding
