Bianca Schreurs, verzorgende IG Als zorghulp ben jij het gezicht van de afdeling, net als een gastvrouw/gastheer. Met jouw persoonlijke aandacht, liefde voor koken en plezier in samenwerken zorg je voor een fijne sfeer en maak je kleine momenten samen bijzonder. Wat ga je doen? Je bent als zorghulp bij de Wachtpost in Venlo werkzaam als gastvrouw/-heer. Je bent het visitekaartje voor wat betreft eten en drinken. Bij De Wachtpost wonen 35 bewoners kleinschalig in een omgeving die aansluit bij hun belevingswereld. De bewoners kunnen hier leven zoals ze thuis gewend waren. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de sfeer en beleving rondom eten en drinken. Dit doen we 7 dagen in de week. De Wachtpost is een kleine en gezellige locatie, waar we persoonsgerichte zorg hoog in het vaandel hebben staan. Je begeleidt bewoners tijdens de eet/ en drinkmomenten en kijkt vooral ook naar wat een bewoner wel kan. Hier heb je een positieve benadering in. Het stuk sfeer is hierin ook heel belangrijk. Lekker vers koken op de afdeling, waar mogelijk samen met onze bewoners. Past deze functie bij jou? Kleine momenten samen bijzonder maken, dat is wat jou drijft. Niet alleen wat jij kunt telt, maar ook wie je bent. Jij hebt affiniteit met het werken in teamverband en ervaring met koken. Jij haalt energie uit het werken met bewoners met een dementieel beeld. Je biedt graag een luisterend oor en tovert een lach op het gezicht van de bewoner. Je bouwt snel een band op met bewoners. Door jouw zorgzaamheid en inleven voelen bewoners zich bij jou op hun gemak. Als jij werkt vanuit je passie, dan zullen onze bewoners dat voelen en zien. Dat maakt iedere dag voor ons allemaal uniek. Binnen de teams van De Wachtpost vinden we het belangrijk om op elkaar te kunnen bouwen en van elkaar te leren. Daarom...
