Bianca Schreurs, verzorgende IG Ben jij de zorghulp die het verschil maakt? De persoon die voor onze bewoners klaarstaat en écht tijd voor ze heeft? Dan pas je bij ons! Wat ga je doen? Als zorghulp binnen het flexteam help jij onze intramurale locaties uit op momenten van krapte. De kan ontstaan door bijvoorbeeld zwangerschapsverlof, langdurige ziekte en vakantieperiodes. Je bent beschikbaar voor ochtend, avond- en weekenddiensten en vindt het leuk om op verschillende locaties te werken. Afwisselender kan niet! Als flexmedewerker kunnen we op jou bouwen. Jij bent cruciaal om de zorg aan onze cliënten te laten doorgaan op de plekken waar dat met onze vaste bezetting even niet lukt. Je voelt je verantwoordelijk om voldoende diensten in te vullen. En we kunnen erop rekenen dat jij een dienst ook daadwerkelijk invult, als je je daarvoor hebt aangemeld. Past deze functie bij jou? In ons flexteam combineer je vrijheid met betrouwbaarheid. Jij kiest jouw diensten, maar we rekenen ook op een stukje commitment. Waar wij de diensten niet rond krijgen, spring jij bij om de zorg aan onze cliënten en bewoners te laten doorgaan. Dit kan zowel intramuraal (PG en/of Somatiek) als binnen de thuiszorg. Als zorghulp ondersteun je bewoners in persoonlijke verzorging en beoordeelt hierbij wat de cliënt nog zelf kan. Je signaleert bijzonderheden als het gaat om het welzijn van de bewoners. Jouw creativiteit helpt je bij het organiseren van activiteiten. Zo blijven de bewoners actief en geprikkeld. Van een kleine activiteit maak je een bijzonder moment. Zo tover jij een lach op het gezicht van de bewoners. Ze zien jou graag! Het kleine moment bijzonder maken, dat is wat jou drijft.
