Functie Als Senior Zorginkoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met zorgaanbieders en het voeren van onderhandelingen over zorgcontracten. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van kwalitatieve en betaalbare zorg en draagt bij aan het strategische zorginkoopbeleid van Caresq. Met jouw cijfermatig inzicht en strategische denkwijze analyseer je trends en ontwikkelingen in de markt, signaleer je kansen en zet je deze om in passende zorginkoopstrategieën. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen het zorginkoopteam en onderhoudt direct contact met zorgaanbieders. Je bent scherp in onderhandelingsgesprekken en weet de belangen van zowel de verzekerden als de zorgaanbieders goed af te wegen. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je hebt veel vrijheid om je functie zelfstandig in te vullen en verder te ontwikkelen. Je kent de inkoopprocessen bij grote zorgaanbieders en weet hoe je effectief onderhandelingen voert. In deze rol heb je een landelijk werkveld en richt je je op grote accounts.
