Wij zoeken een enthousiast zorgkoppel met een hart voor mensen én zin om te ondernemen. Je start hierbij een nieuwe woning op die gepland staat om open te gaan in 2027. Een exacte datum is er voorlopig nog niet.

  • Je woont samen met de bewoners en zorgt voor een warme, veilige thuis.
  • Je biedt dagelijkse zorg en ondersteuning op maat.
  • Je stelt je eigen klein team samen.
  • Je zorgt voor een zinvolle daginvulling voor elke bewoner.
  • Je bouwt mee aan buurtcontacten en lokale samenwerking.
  • Je organiseert de woning naar eigen inzicht, met steun vanuit de organisatie.
  • Minstens één van jullie heeft ervaring in de zorg.
  • Jullie hebben een groot hart voor mensen met een beperking.
