Jouw dag als zorgkundige: betekenisvol en veelzijdig

Geen dag is hetzelfde, maar een ding is zeker: jij tovert elke dag een glimlach op het gezicht van de bewoners. Samen met een fijn team van verpleegkundigen en artsen zorg je voor de allerbeste levenskwaliteit.

Wat ga je precies doen?

  • Warme zorg: Je helpt bewoners bij de dagelijkse verzorging (wassen, aankleden, mondverzorging) en zorgt ervoor dat zij zich comfortabel en thuis voelen.
  • Medische ondersteuning: Je volgt vitale parameters op, deelt medicatie uit volgens de instructies en begeleidt de artsen tijdens hun rondes.
  • Kwaliteit en overleg: Je rapporteert bijzonderheden aan de verpleegkundigen en bespreekt symptomen met het team. Ook de administratie hou je netjes bij.
  • Echt contact: Je stimuleert sociale contacten, betrekt de familie bij de zorg en biedt een luisterend oor of ondersteuning tijdens moeilijke momenten.
  • Gezelligheid: Je doet gezellig mee met groepsactiviteiten en zorgt samen met je collega's voor een positieve, huiselijke sfeer op de afdeling.

Wie ben jij?

Samenwerken zit in jouw DNA en je hebt een natuurlijke klik met ouderen. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma zorgkundige en een visum.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands, kennis Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent empathisch, communicatief vaardig en straalt positiviteit uit.
