Bij ons Woonzorgcentrum werk je samen met een hecht team van verpleegkundigen, zorgkundigen en logistiek assistenten. Wat ga je doen?

Als zorgkundige ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor een hoogwaardige dagelijkse zorgverlening en het welzijn van de bewoners:

  • Dagelijkse zorg: Je biedt warme, persoonsgerichte zorg met oog voor de noden en de autonomie van de bewoners.
  • Teamwork & Kennisdeling: Je werkt intensief samen met je collega's en deelt relevante informatie helder en constructief.
  • Kwaliteit & Bewonersgerichtheid: Je handelt proactief, vormt een objectief oordeel in zorgsituaties en waarborgt een hoog niveau van dienstverlening.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Diploma & Visum: Je beschikt over een vereist secundair/volwassenenonderwijs-diploma in een zorg- of pedagogische richting en een geldig visum/registratie als zorgkundige.
  • Competenties: Je bent communicatief sterk (in het Nederlands), teamgericht, objectief in oordeelsvorming en stelt de bewoner altijd centraal.
  • Houding: Je hebt een warm hart voor de ouderenzorg en de motivatie om je professionaliteit continu te blijven ontwikkelen.
