Jouw rol als zorgkundige

Zorgkundige zijn bij WZC Mariënhove? Dat is véél meer dan ‘gewoon’ een job uitoefenen. Als zorgkundige ben jij immers een onmisbare schakel in het dagelijkse leven van de bewoners. Je takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit:

  • De bewoners verzorgen: Je helpt de bewoners dagelijks bij de persoonlijke verzorging en ondersteunt ze tijdens hun maaltijden.
  • Een warme sfeer creëren: Als steun en toeverlaat van de bewoners maak je van WZC Mariënhove een fijne, gezellige thuis.
  • Nauw samenwerken:Je werkt nauw samen met de verpleegkundigen en andere collega’s om de beste zorg aan te bieden.
  • Hechte banden smeden: Een babbeltje hier, een luisterend oor daar: Je bent er voor de bewoners - en dat met héél je hart.

Je hebt een voorliefde voor samenwerking, biedt graag zorg op maat en houdt van een huiselijke en rustige sfeer.

Je staat er niet alleen voor, maar zelfstandig werken vormt geen probleem voor je.

Je bent bereid om 1 weekend op 2 te werken.

Je planning wordt opgemaakt volgens een variabel rooster: de vroege shift start om 7u, de late shift eindigt om 21u.
