Hoe maak jij het verschil?

Samen met je fantastische collega's ben jij diegene die onze bewoners op handen draagt en hen omringt met zorg op maat. Respect vormt hierbij de rode draad. Ons doel? Een plek creëren waar onze bewoners zich helemaal thuis voelen. En natuurlijk hou je ook een oogje in het zeil

In jouw rol ondersteun je bewoners bij hun persoonlijke verzorging, zoals wassen, aankleden en het verzorgen van hun hygiëne. Je helpt hen bij het opstaan, naar bed gaan en tijdens de maaltijden, waarbij je steeds inspeelt op hun specifieke noden. Bovendien observeer je eventuele veranderingen in de gezondheid van onze bewoners en bespreek je deze met je team, zodat de juiste zorg kan worden verleend. Elke dag is anders, en dat maakt jouw werk zo boeiend.

Je werkt in een hecht team waarin respect, samenwerking en open communicatie centraal staan. Onder begeleiding van onze (adjunct-)hoofdverpleegkundige bouw je samen aan een professionele, warme en veilige zorgomgeving waarin zowel bewoners als medewerkers kunnen floreren.

Goede communicatie en empathie zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Voor jou is zorgen voor anderen niet zomaar een job, het is waar je energie van krijgt. Daarnaast weet je goed om te gaan met stress en onverwachte wendingen, en sta je altijd klaar met een glimlach. Respect, professionaliteit en verantwoordelijkheidszin? Dat zijn jouw kernwaarden.
