Wat ga je doen?

Als zorgkundige sta je dicht bij de bewoners. Samen met je collega's van het zorgteam zorg je elke dag voor kwalitatieve, warme en mensgerichte zorg.

  • Zorg en ondersteuning: Je ondersteunt bewoners bij hun dagelijkse verzorging (wassen, aankleden, mondzorg) en waarborgt continu hun comfort.
  • Medische opvolging: Je volgt vitale parameters op, rapporteert aan de verpleegkundigen, ondersteunt bij artsenrondes en reikt medicatie uit volgens instructies.
  • Warm menselijk contact: Je stimuleert sociale contacten, betrekt de familie en bent er als steun en toeverlaat op moeilijke momenten.
  • Sfeer en administratie: Je neemt deel aan groepsactiviteiten om een positieve leefomgeving te creeren en volgt de nodige administratie strak op.

Wie ben jij?

Je hebt een groot hart voor de zorg en werken in teamverband zit in je DNA.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een diploma zorgkundige en een geldig visum.
  • Je hebt een goede beheersing van het Nederlands.
  • Je combineert vakmanschap met empathie en toont oprechte betrokkenheid bij onze bewoners.
