Wat ga je doen?

Als zorgkundige bied je dagelijkse zorg en ondersteuning in een warme, huiselijke omgeving:

  • Dagelijkse verzorging: Je staat in voor de hygiënische zorg, comfortzorg en ondersteuning bij de maaltijden en dagelijkse activiteiten (ADL).
  • Verpleegkundige taken: Je voert gedelegeerde zorgtaken correct en volgens afspraak binnen het team uit.
  • Observatie & rapportage: Je volgt de gezondheid en het welzijn van bewoners nauwlettend op en rapporteert bijzonderheden aan de verpleegkundigen.
  • Leefomgeving: Je bouwt een vertrouwensband op met bewoners en zorgt samen met je collega's voor een veilige, ordelijke en prettige sfeer op de afdeling.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Diploma & Visum: Je beschikt over een diploma en een geldig visum als zorgkundige.
  • Talenkennis: Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
  • Competenties: Je bent zorgzaam, sociaal vaardig en stressbestendig. Je kunt snel inspelen op veranderende noden van bewoners en werkt graag nauw samen in teamverband. Ervaring in de ouderenzorg is een pluspunt.
