The posting

Het woonzorgcentrum SAMEN vzw bestaat uit twee campussen te Tielt en te Wakken.

In 2025 werd in Tielt een volledige nieuwbouw in gebruik genomen die voldoet aan de huidige erkenningsnormen voor woonzorgcentra en waar het goed wonen, leven en werken is. We geven 100 bewoners een nieuwe thuis en huisvesten 90 residentiële bewoners en 10 kortverblijvende bewoners.Naast 3 kamers gewoon kortverblijf hebben we ook de mogelijkheid tot oriënterend kortverblijf in 7 kamers.

Als zorgkundige geef je de bewoners van ons woonzorgcentrum alle kansen. Dit doe je door hen dag en nacht de zorg te bieden die ze nodig hebben. Naast de diverse zorgtaken draag je ook bij aan een zinvolle dagbesteding. Bovendien geeft het je energie als je de zelfredzaamheid van onze bewoners weet te stimuleren en hierbij respecteer je steeds hun eigenheid, hun behoeftes en hun privacy.

Dit doe je natuurlijk niet alleen… Samen met het team, onder leiding van een woonzorgcoördinator, sta je in voor de uitvoering van de zorgende opdrachten. Je behartigt het dagelijks welzijn van de bewoners en helpt een thuis creëren waar het aangenaam en comfortabel is om te wonen.

Je draagt ouderen een warm hart toe en bent bereid om mee te bouwen aan een warme zorgcultuur waarin de oudere centraal staat. Je hebt en opleiding zorgkundige genoten en beschikt over een geregistreerd visum voor zorgkunde.
