Jobomschrijving

Als zorgkundige in een ziekenhuis speel jij een essentiële rol in het leveren van zorg van hoge kwaliteit, waarbij je de verpleegkundigen ondersteunt bij het verzorgen van een groep toegewezen patiënten. Jij zorgt voor de praktische en menselijke kant van zorg, waardoor de patiënten zich echt gezien voelen.

Het ziekenhuis zoekt zorgkundigen die zich willen inzetten binnen SP chronische zorg. Heb jij een passie voor zorg en wil je jouw vaardigheden inzetten in een dynamische omgeving? Dan is dit de uitdaging voor jou!

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

  • Je voert de zorghandelingen uit, volgt de parameters op en je rapporteert hierover aan de verpleegkundigen via het elektronisch patiëntendossier
  • Je observeert symptomen en de fysieke en psychische reacties van de patiënten en bespreekt deze met de verpleegkundigen
  • Je helpt de patiënten bij de dagelijkse lichaamsverzorging en lichaamshygiëne
  • Je helpt bij de inname van medicatie, helpt de patiënten bij het eten en drinken, waakt over het algemeen comfort van de patiënten, begeleidt de patiënten bij transfers naar andere diensten of onderzoeken …
  • Je ondersteunt de patiënten bij het installeren bij opname, luistert naar vragen van de patiënt en diens familie, waakt over de orde en netheid op de kamers, …
  • Je behaalde het attest en visum voor zorgkundige
  • Je draagt patiëntgerichtheid hoog in het vaandel en houdt ook rekening met de behoeften van diens familie
  • Je kan goed plannen en organiseren en past je makkelijk aan bij een wijziging in planning of bij drukke momenten
  • Je werkt zorgvuldig, correct en bent punctueel
  • Je bent communicatief sterk
  • Je kijkt er naar uit om in een team te werken en houdt van multidisciplinaire samenwerking
