  • Diploma & Visum: Je bent in het bezit van een erkend diploma Zorgkundige en beschikt verplicht over een geldig visum.
  • Talenkennis: Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en/of Frans.

Als zorgkundige bied je dagelijkse zorg en ondersteuning aan de bewoners en neem je een gevarieerd takenpakket op je:

  • Medische ondersteuning & Parameters: Je volgt vitale parameters op, rapporteert aan de verpleegkundigen, bespreekt symptomen in teamverband en reikt medicatie uit volgens instructies.
  • Dagelijkse verzorging & Rondes: Je ondersteunt bewoners bij hun dagelijkse hygiëne en verzorging (wassen, aankleden, mondverzorging), begeleid hen naar onderzoeken en ondersteunt artsen tijdens hun rondes.
  • Sociaal & Welzijn: Je stimuleert sociale contacten, ondersteunt familiebetrokkenheid, biedt een luisterend oor in moeilijke momenten en neemt actief deel aan groepsactiviteiten.
  • Administratie & Sfeer: Je voert de nodige administratieve taken uit in het zorgdossier en draagt bij aan een warme, huiselijke leefomgeving.
