Jouw dag als zorgkundige

In het grootste Zorgprogramma Geriatrie van de regio (vijf geriatrische verblijfsafdelingen, een geriatrisch dagziekenhuis, een interne liaison geriatrie en een externe liaison geriatrie), werk je in een omgeving die resoluut kiest voor meer tijd voor de patiënt door steeds in te zetten op nieuwe technieken en ondersteunende processen én door meer handen aan het bed te voorzien. Elke dag werk je zij aan zij met je collega-verpleegkundigen en zorgkundigen. Jullie vormen een geolied team en zorgen samen voor onze patiënten. Jij bent dé steun in de basiszorg: van ADL tot parameters nemen. Hier krijg je de ruimte om te werken in een dynamische omgeving waar kwaliteitsvolle zorg centraal staat, ondersteund door toptechnologie en een hecht team.

Ruimte om te handelen

Als zorgkundige op de dienst acute geriatrie

  • ondersteun je verpleegkundigen in de basiszorg voor de patiënt;
  • voer je de vijf bijkomende toegelaten handelingen uit;
  • help je bij logistieke taken zoals maaltijdbedeling, patiëntentransport …;
  • werk je steeds onder begeleiding en in opdracht van een verpleegkundige;
  • werk je nauw samen met alle collega’s binnen het multidisciplinaire team;
  • observeer en signaleer je veranderingen bij een patiënt en informeer je de patiënt en zijn familie.

Ruimte voor jouw talent

We zoeken een collega die klaar is om bij te dragen aan kwaliteitszorg en zichzelf wil blijven ontwikkelen. Bovendien heb je

  • een diploma en visum zorgkundige;
  • een attest voor de vijf bijkomende zorgkundige handelingen;
  • een professionele attitude waarbij je de verwachtingen van zowel patiënten als collega’s op een correcte manier benadert;
  • ervaring als zorgkundige in een ziekenhuis? Dat is een troef!
