Ter versterking van onze campus in Geetbets zijn wij op zoek naar een zorgkundige met een warm hart voor de bewoners.

Als zorgkundige bestaat jouw takenpakket onder meer uit het bieden van hygiënische zorg, hulp bij aan -en uitkleden, begeleiding van het maaltijdgebeuren, observatie van de psychische en fysische toestand van de bewoners.

Je doet dit op een verantwoorde en deskundige wijze met aandacht voor het welbevinden én respect voor de autonomie van de residenten.

Je bent oprecht geïnteresseerd in de leefwereld van oudere en kwetsbare mensen en je wil hen graag bijstaan in deze moeilijke fase van hun leven,

Je beseft dat je nooit alleen voor de zorg van deze mensen kan instaan en dat teamwerk essentieel is.

Collegialiteit is een troef, een werkrooster in de zorg vraagt ook vaak flexibiliteit.

Je kan je behoorlijk inleven in de leefwereld van de residenten en ook passend hierover met hen communiceren en met de familieleden.

Je bent voldoende zelfstandig en professioneel om je zorgtaken tot een goed einde te brengen
