The posting

WZC Sint-Medard bevindt zich in de dorpskern van het landelijke Wijtschate en heeft een enthousiast en warm team van ongeveer 70 medewerkers. We beschikken over 65 woongelegenheden waarvan 3 kamers voor kortverblijf en 2 herstelkamers. Daarnaast zijn er nog 12 assistentiewoningen. Gezien we kleinschalig zijn, waarborgen wij een huiselijke en familiale sfeer waarbij het welzijn en welbevinden van onze bewoners onze grootste bekommernis is!

Om onze zorgverlening te ondersteunen, zijn wij opzoek naar enthousiaste zorgkundigen.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Zorgzaamheid zit in jouw natuur. Je stelt jezelf graag ten dienste van anderen en hebt een groot hart voor senioren;
  • Jij straalt vriendelijkheid uit. Geduld, behulpzaamheid en een warme glimlach typeren jou;
  • Je levert kwaliteit. Je hebt oog voor kwalitatieve zorg en respect voor de eigenheid en wensen van elke bewoner;
  • Samenwerken is jouw kracht. Je functioneert uitstekend in teamverband, maar je kan ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid nemen;
  • Je bent gekwalificeerd. Een diploma en visumnummer als zorgkundige zijn een must.

Ervaring is leuk, maar jouw enthousiasme en positieve energie zijn voor ons veel belangrijker

Functie

Als zorgkundige ben jij een onmisbare schakel in het welzijn van onze bewoners:

  • Creëer een warme thuis. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze bewoners zich comfortabel, geborgen en gewaardeerd voelen;
  • Verleen persoonlijke zorg. Met jouw hulp en verzorging maak je het dagelijkse leven van de residenten zo aangenaam mogelijk;
  • Bied steun op alle vlakken. Je geeft onze bewoners niet alleen fysieke ondersteuning, maar ook psychische en sociale begeleiding waar nodig;
  • Draag bij aan overleg. Je denkt actief mee tijdens werkoverleggen en residentenbesprekingen, zodat we samen de beste zorg kunnen bieden.
