Heb je een hart voor ouderen en werk je graag in een hecht team?

Hof ter Lande is op zoek naar een versterking van het zorgteam en zoekt daarvoor een enthousiaste zorgkundige!

Wij zijn een kleinschalig woonzorgcentrum met 40 bewoners waar het gezellig wonen en leuk werken is.

Een zorgkundige zorgt met het hart op de juiste plaats in teamverband met de collega’s voor een volwaardig thuismilieu voor de bewoners waar optimale hulp en verzorging gekoppeld worden aan een zo comfortabel mogelijk verblijf. Dit alles in een kleinschalige en familiale omgeving in een klein, zelfstandig woonzorgcentrum.

Plaats van de zorgkundige in de organisatie:

· rapporteert aan de hoofdverpleegkundige

Taken:

· uitvoeren van de verzorging van de bewoners conform de geëigende procedures en voorschriften, dit omvat de algehele bijstand inzake ADL en IADL voor de bewoners

· signaleren van noden en evoluties van bewoners

· uitvoeren van de noodzakelijke administratieve taken

· aandacht geven aan leefomgeving

· aandacht geven aan de familieleden van de bewoners

· palliatieve hulpverlening bieden wanneer nodig en/of gewenst

· actief participeren in overlegvergaderingen

· aandacht geven aan de nodige kwaliteitsaspecten van de werking

Verantwoordelijkheden en bevoegdheden

· instaan voor een goede en effectieve verzorging zonder het algemeen belang van de bewoners uit het oog te verliezen

· samen met de collega’s dient in teamverband naar een optimale werking voor de bewoners gestreefd te worden

· de acties gebeuren in nauw overleg met de hoofdverpleegkundige
