Als zorgkundige ondersteun je bewoners bij hun dagelijkse verzorging en draag je actief bij aan hun comfort en welzijn. Je bent een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en hun familie en werkt nauw samen met verpleegkundigen en andere collega's binnen het multidisciplinair team.

Binnen Dellebron krijg je de kans om bewoners écht te leren kennen. Hierdoor kan je inspelen op hun individuele behoeften, gewoontes en wensen. Met jouw betrokken aanpak help je bewoners hun zelfstandigheid zoveel mogelijk te behouden en creëer je mee een warme thuisomgeving.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • ondersteunen van bewoners bij de dagelijkse verzorging en hygiëne;
  • begeleiden bij maaltijden, mobiliteit en comfortzorg;
  • observeren van bewoners en signaleren van veranderingen in hun gezondheidstoestand;
  • uitvoeren van zorgtaken volgens het zorgplan;
  • samenwerken met verpleegkundigen en andere zorgprofessionals;
  • bieden van psychosociale ondersteuning en een luisterend oor;
  • bijdragen aan een veilige, aangename en huiselijke leefomgeving.

Je hebt een warm hart voor ouderen en haalt voldoening uit het bieden van zorg en ondersteuning. Je bent respectvol, betrokken en werkt graag samen met collega's om bewoners de best mogelijke zorg te bieden.

Verder vragen wij:

  • diploma en visum zorgkundige;
  • ervaring: niet vereist (wel een troef);
  • verzorgende handelingen + observeren en rapporteren volgens afspraken;
  • goede kennis Nederlands;
  • flexibel en stressbestendig.
