Voor een dynamisch en warm woonzorgcentrum in de regio Koksijde zijn wij op zoek naar een zorgkundige die het verschil wil maken.   • Je bent in het bezit van een officieel diploma of getuigschrift als zorgkundige.
  • Je beschikt over een geldig en geregistreerd visum (verplicht).
  • Je hebt een goede talenkennis van het Nederlands.
  • Samenwerken zit in je DNA en je communiceert vlot en open met anderen.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en staat open voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en professionele groei.

Als zorgkundige bied je dagelijkse ondersteuning en zorg je voor een huiselijk gevoel:

  • Je verleent warme, kwalitatieve en persoonsgerichte zorg aan de bewoners.
  • Je werkt nauw samen binnen het multidisciplinaire team om een veilige, respectvolle en familiale omgeving te garanderen.
  • Je observeert het welzijn van de bewoners en voert de toegestane zorgtaken nauwgezet uit.
  • Je neemt actief deel aan overlegmomenten en teamvergaderingen om de zorgkwaliteit continu te optimaliseren.
