Avida vzw is een dienstverlenend netwerk binnen de zorg voor ouderen en personen met een beperking dat bestaat uit zes wooncentra waarvan woonzorgcentrum Avida | Morgenster er één is.

Avida vzw staat voor wonen en leven ondersteund door warme en gedreven mensen.

De vzw omarmt de eigenheid van de wooncentra en ondersteunende diensten, die elk op hun eigen manier bijdragen aan ons WijS verhaal.

Jouw uitdaging

• Je zorgt mee voor het lichamelijk en algemeen welzijn van de cliënt

• Je geeft cliënten, indien nodig, aangepaste hulp bij beperkingen, met respect voor hun waardengevoel

• Je neemt preventieve maatregelen volgens de procedures m.b.t. veiligheid van cliënten, in het bijzonder voor vermissing, brand en fixatie

• Je voert zorgkundige taken en observaties uit onder toezicht van de verpleegkundige, met bijzondere aandacht voor de gewichtscontrole van de cliënt

• Je functioneert in een multidisciplinaire samenwerking met zorg voor een goede communicatie

• Je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor een aangename leef- en woonomgeving van de cliënt
